Do I Have To Be Home When True Maids Come To Clean?

No you don't need to be home when we come to clean. Some clients choose to be there to open the door when we arrive, and others leave they key with us in order to enter the house on the day of the cleaning appointment. Should you choose to leave you key in us you can trust that we'll keep your key safe from the moment we receive it up till the time to return it back to you.
Do You Guarantee A Day and Time For My Cleaning Appointment?

Yes we do gurantee a day, an exact time is not guranteed but we stick close to a certain time frame of the appointment day.
How Can I Use An Offer Found On Your Offers Page?

Simply mention it during your free consultation and our head cleaner will take note of it so that it is discounted from your final bill.
Can You Clean With Pets In The House?

True Maids is a pet friendly business, so we are able to clean while they are in the house.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least two hours in advance. If True Maids receives less than two hours' notice you may be charged a convenience fee for the missed appointment.
